Availability & Booking Process

Bookings are currently open until 2nd June. Further dates for the remainder of the year will be released in due course.
Please ensure you read the eligibility Criteria thoroughly below, before make your request. Bookings will be cancelled if we are unable verifying your status.

The Christmas period between 12th December 2025 and 7th January 2026 is by Ballot only. Details of how to apply will be published in June.

Deposit
Upon confirmation of your booking request by the LAF office, please ensure to make a deposit payment of £50 within two working days to secure your reservation.
Remaining Balance
The outstanding balance is required to be settled in full six weeks before the hire date; failure to do so will result in us reserving the right to cancel your reservation.
Hire Charge
The hire charge covers the expenses for cleaning, gas, electricity, site fees, and VAT, as well as park passes for access to all on-site facilities. While bedding is provided, guests are required to bring their own towels.
Pets
Pets are permitted, however, an additional cleaning fee of £30 will be incurred. Any damage to the property, fixtures, or fittings will result in charges to the individual renting the facility.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your booking, refunds are processed in accordance with the timeframes below:

We recognise that the requirements of the Service may necessitate changes to plans. Should you need to cancel or modify your booking due to the Service's needs, please reach out to the LAF Office to discuss your options.
