Nelson Mews

About

Portsmouth Naval Base Navy Mews accommodation was opened in 2016. It consists of 5 self contained units (family flats or mews) and is available for Service Personnel (SP) and their families.

This is a Naval Base Commander (Portsmouth) (NBC(P)) personnel support initiative to assist in maintaining the moral component of operational capability (MCofOC) and indirectly support operational outputs as a positive retention measure.

The Base Warrant Officer (BWO) holds management authority for all bookings, eligibility, and essential conditions of use and charges. These may be reviewed to reflect lessons learned over the preceding months therefore, previous users should not assume the same charges will apply.
